22. The promotions are non-refundable and cannot be re-transferred or sold to third parties.

3. Membership digital barcode or passport must be presented when issuing Tax Free Form in the store.

City VIP Lounges

1. Global Blue Membership sign-up is a must.
2. Citigold Debit Mastercard must be presented to the lounge staff.
3. Only cards issued by Mastercard Asia Pacific Consumer Banks are accepted.
4. Cardholders can bring a maximum of 4 family members or friends to enjoy the lounge benefits and proceed to receive their tax refund at the lounge.
5. Early refund is available to Mastercard World and World Elite Credit Cards only.

Airport Fast Lanes

1. Global Blue Membership sign-up is a must.
2. Citigold Debit Mastercard must be presented to the airport VIP lanes staff.
3. Only cards issued by Mastercard Asia Pacific Consumer Banks are accepted.
4. Cardholders can bring a maximum of 4 family members or friends to proceed tax refund at the VIP Fast Lanes.
